Introduction
PMX app is a marketing activation tool survey tool designed, built, and maintained for a number of
clients who have a large fleet of brand promoters working in urban and rural areas conducting brand
activation with the consumers, in order to connect them with specific product. This tool also
comprises of features that enables organization to effectively and efficiently track it’s field
force as well as ensuring the quality of activation.

This app collects the following data which are intended and intentionally collected to better provide
the services to the agency or organization rendered. Please note that, we do not use any third party
to collect the data neither we share them. The data that are shared only contains information that
are visible across the users and the organization rendering this service.
Location permission
PMX App collects location data to identify user activation spots even when app is closed or not in
use. The locations that are collected are approximate and precise in nature. In both cases, it is
collected for the purpose of
- App functionality on where and when Brand promoter is conducting activation and consumer is
connected

- Developer communications
- Fraud prevention
- Security and compliance
Location Information
Some of the services may use location information transmitted from users' mobile phones. We only use
this information within the scope necessary for the designated service.
Device Information
We collect information from your device in some cases. The information will be utilized for the
provision of better service and to prevent fraudulent acts. Additionally, such information will not
include that which will identify the individual user.

Phone no is collected for the purpose of App functionality, Account management
Microphone and storage permission
In order to evaluate the quality of the activation and use as a training tool for future activation,
user is prompt to record the communication which is locally stored (in our own server, non-delete
able). The data are only shared to organization rendering this service and strictly adhered by NDA.
Photos This app collects the photo for the purpose of ‘proof of execution’ of users conducting the
activation in field level, and also for the purpose of App functionality like attendance, Fraud
prevention, security, and compliance.
